The companion site

Some of the book
is kept here

A page can hold words and a picture. It cannot hold a film, a sound, a diagram you need to zoom into, or the longer answer that only one reader in ten wants. Those are here.

The three digits printed underneath the square. There are 56 of them in this edition.

Watch

Films

A session end to end, and the movements that a still photograph flattens.

Listen

Sound

What a session sounds like, pages read aloud, and conversations in full.

Read

The longer version

Where the book keeps a section short on purpose, the full text is here.

Why the codes will still work in ten years

Every code in the book points at this site, not at a file. The site then decides where to send you. So a film can be re-shot, a diagram redrawn and a page rewritten while the square printed in your copy carries on working. The paper stays still; what sits behind it can move.

If something has not been made yet you will get a short note saying what is coming, rather than an error. That is on purpose.

This site is general information published alongside a book. It is not advice about any individual’s circumstances, and it is not a substitute for a conversation with your own practitioner.
